Typically how long does it take for Luna to send shipping information?

Extremely long. - 1 month. They might claim to be waiting for their warehouse to reply. But the insane is that they expect us to coordinate with the warehouse - do their jobs for them. If not the warehouse is ran by a person who instills martial law

I agree that they can improve on the handling time. I don't understand why it takes 9 days for fed ex to pick up.

Depends on the item, i got an email saying that my Saint Seiya order would ship around 2-3 so probably shipping will come sometime after that date

Thank you for the reply. This is my first time ordering from Luna so I just wanted to get an idea on what other customer experience as far as shipping goes. So far my orders have shipping labels just waiting for them to start moving.
