If the product is damaged or contains defects you must report said defects to Luna Park via email (info@lunapark.store) with photos of the shipping box, figure box and damages on figure within 7 days of receiving the merchandise. Luna Park will then determine the best course of action to be taken. Luna Park will not provide refunds or exchanges for any reports received after 7 or more days have elapsed from an order's date of delivery.​ If you would like to cancel an order, there will be a ¥2000 restocking fee.
